Refund Policy

We accept retail exchanges within 10 days from the date of delivery of your purchase.

If exchanging an item for another item of greater value, consumers will be responsible for paying the difference. (A paypal request will be sent.)

Items MUST be returned within 10 days from the day of your return request and must arrive in mint condition inside the original packaging.

Please note, NO REFUNDS are given on purchased items unless it is damaged and /or unusable. In that case as soon as the item is received back a refund will be made via PayPal.

Please contact us before returning purchases so we can issue you with a Returns Number.

You will be responsible for return shipping, and shipping costs will not be refunded.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items   

Artnwordz will cover the cost of any shipping returns back to us should any items be unusable, damaged or incorrect. Consumer is responsible for returning any and all items in their original condition with proper packaging if a return /exchange is requested. Artnwordz furthermore reserves the right to not issue a refund for any and all items which show up damaged, or unpackaged and not sent back in its original state when delivered. 

Lastly all items returned for exchange shall be in “Unused condition“.
